The Monastery’s mission is rooted in love for Christ and expressed through compassionate service to the community. Through educational support, care for the sick, strengthening of parishes, and assistance to families in need, the sisters work to provide meaningful relief to those facing hardship.
Beyond immediate help, the Monastery is committed to building a sustainable future — investing in children, supporting clergy and schools, and fostering long-term spiritual and social growth. In all its work, the Monastery seeks to reveal the Light of Christ through mercy, love, and faithful service.
Thanks to the generosity of our donors, the sisters are able to prepare and distribute nutritious care packages to the faithful in celebration of the Feast of the Dormition (Kimisis) of the Most Holy Theotokos.
Through this offering of love, families are supported both materially and spiritually as they gather to honor the Mother of God in faith and thanksgiving.

Three days a week, the Monastery provides clean water to the community. Without this support, many families would be forced to traverse steep trails to fetch water from a river nearly a mile away.
This simple yet vital ministry eases daily hardship and safeguards the health and well-being of the local residents.

Currently under construction, the Monastery’s residential courtyard will include 20 cells for future monastics, as well as a kitchen, refectory (cafeteria), library, and a new chapel.
This development will provide a stable foundation for the growing sisterhood and support the continued expansion of the Monastery’s spiritual and missionary work.
